Dr. Urdaneta is excited to join Dr. Jeff Cohen at his practice in Shrewsbury. After completing his dental degree, he received a specialty degree in Prosthodontics at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He later taught as a faculty member at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and worked for 15 years at the Implant Dentistry Centre in Jamaica Plain. Dr. Urdaneta recently formed the company Implant Smiles, PC, specializing in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, removable partial dentures, fixed partial dentures and full mouth reconstructions.

Dr. Cohen has been living in and practicing dentistry in Shrewsbury for over 24 years. He studied dentistry at Northwestern University Dental School Chicago and later served in Operation Desert Storm. After taking over the Shrewsbury practice of Dr. Harold Stuart, Dr. Cohen merged his practice with Dr. Gerald Berenson at the current location of 20 Julio Drive. Many of the staff have been working with Dr. Cohen for over 20 years.

DENTAL HYGIENE
ORAL HYGIENE CHECKUPS ARE RECOMMENDED EVERY SIX MONTHS
Dental cleanings are an effective way to detect early stages of any problems that may be developing. Our hygienists will remove plaque from your teeth with a professional cleaning, measure your gingival pockets, and perform a visual examination of your mouth and surrounding areas. After your cleaning, your dentist will inspect your mouth, set up a treatment plan and answer your questions.

OUR PRACTICE
Our dental practice has been serving the Shrewsbury community for over 24 years, originally under the care of Dr. Gerald Berenson, and currently with Dr. Cohen, Dr. Urdaneta, and a dedicated team of hygienists and office staff.

We provide a wide range of dental services to children and adults, including routine cleanings and hygiene checkups, fillings, crowns and bridges, and more advanced treatments, such as extractions, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry.

Our office is conveniently located in Shrewsbury, MA at 20 Julio Drive, about 40 miles west of Boston and 7 miles east of Worcester.
